Di’ja finally speaks, Having Abruptly Left DonJazzy’s Mavin Records
Hadiza Blell, better known by her stage name Di’Ja, is a former Mavins Records signee from Nigeria who has addressed rumours that she has left the record label.
In February 2014, Di’Ja signed with Mavins Records and released her debut single, “Yaro.” She worked with other Mavins artists throughout her tenure with the company on well-known songs like “Dorobucci,” “Adaobi,” “Looku Looku,” and “Arise.”
The singer, 39, made it clear that she didn’t leave Mavins Records and showed her support for Tems, a budding star.
The discussion started when a fan speculated that Di’Ja could have outperformed Tems in terms of success and asked why she left Don Jazzy.
In response, Di’Ja clarified the situation by saying,
I never left. Kindly know this. Life happens, and we are grateful for all the love and happenings. God bless Tems, and I need her to get bigger.

Di’Ja shared footage of the lovely birthday gifts she got, including a cake from Mavins Records, on Twitter. She wrote in her thanks letter,
Thank you to my family, friends, and family at Mavin for my cakes. I must gain weight this year.

Although many would like to see a partnership with Mavins Records, Di’Ja’s clarification puts an end to rumours and emphasises her continuous association with them.
