Olubukola Ilevbare, the organization’s head of corporate communications, said as much in a statement on Saturday in Port Harcourt.

He said that the adoption of innovations and technologies was consistent with the organization’s medium- and long-term strategic goals.

“In order to accomplish this, we must partner better because it helps create long-lasting connections while putting client needs first.

In addition to strengthening ties with all of our stakeholders, he added, “PHED must also ensure that bills are paid on time in order to provide better customer service.”

According to Mr. Uwheru, the business and Ibom Power have reached an agreement to rebuild outdated electrical infrastructure, manage vegetation around facilities, guard against vandalism, and assure prompt correction of transit faults.

He expressed hope that recent interactions between the corporation and some Akwa Ibom stakeholders in Eket and Uyo will increase supply to the region.

According to the statement, Mr. Uwheru met with Rivers’ power commissioner, Henry Ogiri, to discuss important concerns that both organisations face.

Given that Rivers State consumes the most electricity within our service region, we are ready to collaborate with the government in this area.
