Former Secretary to the Government of the Federation Anyim Pius Anyim, former Senate Presidents David Mark and Bukola Saraki, PDP candidate for governor of Kogi State Senator Dino Melaye, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Benjamin Kalu, Governor of Ebonyi State Francis Nwifuru, and Minister-designate David Umahi were all present at the ceremony.

The bride and groom, dressed in regal apparel, were the centre of attention as they basked in the light of love and harmony. Distinguished members of Nigeria’s political scene adorned the guest list, which featured a constellation of powerful people.

Benjamin Kau, the deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, Bukola Saraki, Governor Ademola Adeleke, and David Mark, the former president of the Senate, were all present.

As these significant individuals shared in the happiness of the newlywed couple, the gathering evolved into a place of joy and friendliness.

The Ekweremadu family, who were unable to participate in the festivities because of their continuous imprisonment in the United Kingdom, stood out by their absence.

According to rumours, Ike Ekweremadu and his wife Beatrice were sentenced to prison in the UK after being found guilty of organ trafficking. This unexpected development soured the otherwise joyous day.
